Looking for a relaxing way to improve your flexibility? Feel Good Flexibility classes are a unique and relaxing way to destress and increase flexibility using a combination of dance inspired stretches, Yoga poses and relaxation techniques.
Deep relaxation is as important as regular exercise; in this class we combine both. Ideal to improve your flexibility as part of your training regime, or to help you get those bendy pole or aerial moves, or if you just want a space to relax and destress, these are the classes for you.
All levels welcome , open to beginners men and women.

These classes are open to all levels of pole fitness and non pole fitness students for ONLY £5 per class or £18 per block of 4 classes
