Looking for a relaxing way to improve your flexibility? Feel Good Flexibility classes are a unique and relaxing way to destress and increase flexibility using a combination of dance inspired stretches, Yoga poses and relaxation techniques.
Deep relaxation is as important as regular exercise; in this class, we combine both. Ideal to improve your flexibility as part of your training regime, or to help you get those bendy pole or aerial moves, or if you just want a space to relax and de-stress, these are the classes for you.
All levels welcome, open to beginners men and women. These classes are open to all pole fitness and non-pole fitness students.

Only £5 per class or £18 per block of 4 classes.
All Classes are held at our studio Suite 322b, The Pentagon Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ – next to the Hallmark and Marriot hotels, and 2 minutes walk from Anderson train station.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable clothes recommended. No jewellery permitted in class!
Pay As You Go Students: Must cancel/reschedule with a min notice of 24 hours. No refunds can be given if cancellations are made on the day. No exceptions.
Block Booker Students: Must cancel/reschedule with a min notice of 24 hours. Customer will lose a class from their block if they cancel on the day. We can happily reschedule any classes to another night that week as long as the notice period is given.
