Our pole fitness classes are ideal for those looking for something different, for those bored of the usual gym classes and for those looking for a bit of fun!
Pole dancing is not just walking around a pole to some music. Our classes involve pole tricks, techniques and dance. In other words cardio, weight training, artistic dance and with a gymnastic element to it. We have men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes who attend our classes. Our instructors are supportive and friendly and will talk to you about what you want to achieve in class.
Pole dancing is a proper workout that is both challenging and fun. Don’t worry if you have never been to a gym or feel you are not fit enough, everyone can learn to pole dance whether you are 16 or 60. It is there to GET you fit and make you feel and look good.
Classes for everyone
All classes are mixed ability from beginner to expert level and open to both male and female students. This means you can choose a day and time to suit your lifestyle and can change it frequently week to week, we find this suits most students who find it difficult finding time around work, college and child care.
You will NOT be limited to a certain night and time based on your skill level. (Please note no more than 3 students to a pole to ensure ample pole time.)
Taster Sessions: For those out there who are just not sure if pole fitness is for them, come along to one of our 45min taster classes and for £7 you can try out some the basic moves to see if this is the fitness programme for you.(taster classes are run alongside normal classes)
Pay As You Go Poler: Ideal for those who like to manage money week to week or are unsure if they can make class every single week. This is £12 per 1 and a half hour class. You choose when and how often you come.
Block Booking Saver Deal: Ideal for those who are able to commit to coming to regular weekly classes or like to manage money monthly. This is £40 (£35 for students) and gets you 4 classes. (Please note you are required to attend 4 classes in a row, if you miss a week you lose a class.)
Unlimited Pole: For the hardcore poler, sign up for our unlimited block package for four weeks and you can attend as many classes as you like for only £65. That’s a saving of more than £200.
One to One: Our one to one sessions are available to all ability levels, from the beginner who’s a bit shy for a class environment to the advanced who need a bit more intimate teaching to get that killer move as well as learning some of the other aspects of performing and routines. One to one sessions are £25 per hour
All Classes are held at our studio Suite 322b, The Pentagon Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ – next to the Hallmark and Marriot hotels, and 2 minutes walk from Anderson train station.
What should I wear to class?
You NEED to have bare legs and arms to grip the pole, so shorts and a short sleeved top or t-shirt is ideal. Leggings or jogging bottoms will have you sliding all over the place. You can go bare foot or heels. Heels really work your calf muscles out so there is a benefit to wearing them in class. No jewellery permitted in class!
Pay As You Go Students: Must cancel/reschedule with a min notice of 24 hours. No refunds can be given if cancellations are made on the day. No exceptions.
Block Booker Students: Must cancel/reschedule with a min notice of 24 hours. Customer will lose a class from their block if they cancel on the day. We can happily reschedule any classes to another night that week as long as the notice period is given.
